Redding’s Premier Permanent Cosmetic Specialist

Permanent makeup, also known as Intradermal Pigmentation, is a revolutionary method of applying natural pigments into the dermal layer of skin. This state-of-the-art technique is medically proven and specifically designed to be completely safe.

Permanent makeup is used for a variety of cosmetic enhancements such as permanent eyebrows, eye liner, and lip liner/color. Other permanent makeup procedures include vitiligo, scar camouflage, areola restoration, hairline enhancement, and more. Permanent makeup has also been used to cover-up stretchmarks, birthmarks, freckles/age spots, and uneven skin discolorations.

Lip Liner | Color

The permanent cosmetic procedure for lip color is beautiful. It can appear to change the size and shape of the lips as well as the color. This procedure helps prevent lipstick from bleeding into the surrounding skin. Many people request a soft pink, similar to the lip color to that of an infant, for those who want a natural look. Others may desire a dramatic effect.

Eyebrows | Micropigmentation

The microblading procedure for eyebrows can mimic the appearance of hair in the brow line. Anyone who desires more fullness of the brows will love the filled in procedure (and the time saved not applying makeup!) Those who used to apply pencil can go swimming, play tennis, or wipe their forehead without the embarrassment of losing their eyebrows. Those suffering from alopecia (hair loss) are pleasantly surprised at how natural it looks.

Eyeliner | Designer Eyeliner

A subtle, natural look, mimicking thousands of tiny eyelashes with the implantation of pigments in the lash line is popular with both male and female clients. Additional shadowing of color can be added for a soft natural liner or a bolder, definite line can be achieved. Ophthalmologists recommend permanent cosmetic procedures for those who are allergic to conventional makeup and for those wearing contact lenses.

Scalp Micropigmentation adds density to thinning hair. It is the process of replicating the appearance of a shaven head by introducing thousands of tiny pigment deposits into the epidermis of the scalp. When placed by a skilled technician, the recipient’s appear as if they have a full head of hair, shaved to a very short length. This procedure is suitable for both men and women, so anyone can enjoy the recreation of follicles in the skin to give the appearance of hair growth. Enjoy a youthful, full head of hair look through scalp micropigmentation. No surgery, no breaking the bank, no regrets. Just freedom to enjoy the look you thought you had lost.

Frequently Asked Questions

There are times when there might be some discomfort. I use anesthetics before, during and after the procedure to minimize the discomfort. The anesthetics have improved over the years and many of my clients fall asleep during their procedure. Yes, even during lip procedures!
Definitely! I have a wide choice of colors to choose from and I always spend the extra time to discuss the colors that will go best with your skin tone and with what you will be comfortable.
I always discuss the placement of pigment with my client. Normally the natural brow hair line is best, but there is room for some adjustment depending on the clients and their individual brows.
There always be some swelling and redness in the skin of some people which will subside quickly. Normally there is no down time. In the case of eyeliner, the skin around the eyes may require an ice pack. In almost all cases, the color will be darker for 5 to7 days after the procedure.
The longevity of the color will depend on the thinness of the skin, sun exposure, swimming in chlorine, the pigment used, medications and the use of exfoliating skin care products. All colors will fade in time. Because of this, touch-ups are needed.
That is very rare, but a patch test is available, if you have any concerns.
